Warwick University approached buildfifty5 to review and provide a proposal for strategic and logistic and evaluation services for their £400 million capital spend programme of the next 5 years.  

Warwick University have a significant number of major Construction projects commencing on or around the Campus over this time period and buildfifty5 were already working for Warwick Business School on the fit out of the Floor 17 at the Shard in London at the time of this commission. 

We have been able to offer a diverse range of services due to our experience of delivering major projects as a Contractor, understanding systems and procedures of working within “live” busy environments.  We understand how a contractor would evaluate the risks associated with the projects and are able to propose bespoke solutions for all of the proposed projects.
