Chapmans Yard, located adjacent to Birmingham’s Mailbox, within a short walk of Paradise, Grand Central and New Street Station, is located on a former City Council owned car park in the heart of Birmingham.

Completed in 2025, this regeneration scheme provides 111 new apartments including Affordable and First Homes, in a high-quality building varying in height from four to seven storeys.

In addition to two private courtyards for residents’ use, the scheme also provides roof gardens and private balconies, addressing the need for apartment owners to have their own outside space.
