Appointed Clerk of Works on Grainger Plc’s forward funded £130m Redcliff Quarter scheme in Bristol, buildfifty5 provided specialist Clerk of Works services including passive fire inspections, quality inspections and client snagging.

This appointment was in addition to our existing role on the adjacent 367 bed student accommodation scheme and completed phase 2 of the Redcliff Quarter development plan.

The project, consisting of a 22-storey Residential tower across five blocks, was arranged around a central courtyard, providing for 374 private rental flats,  94 affordable homes and six commercial units.

With snagging completing at the end of 2025, both projects are now successfully delivered and occupied.
