Working as Client-Side Project Manager, the regeneration of this iconic landmark building has created 79 unique apartments.  With many apartments having city skyline views, terraces and balconies and all with high specifications, with residents gardens, cycle stores, some car parking.  Priory House is ideally located adjacent to Birmingham’s Theatre District, China Town and within proximity of Birmingham’s Grand Central Station.

Originally constructed in the 1950’s Priory House is a landmark building in the Southside district of Birmingham.  Consisting of 77,000 sq ft, Elevate Property Group said: “We’re excited to bring this landmark development market to Birmingham. The Southside area is already a popular location in which to live and socialise, but it is due to undergo further transformation in the coming years and become a real focal point for the city.”  The landmark building has been successfully repurposed in the style and aesthetic of its renowned Concord House development on Holloway Head, one of its first projects in the city.
