Elevate Property Group’s flagship Price Street project in the Gun Quarter of Birmingham celebrated its one year anniversary since works commenced by officially opening the show apartments for prospective purchasers and investors, with buildfifty5 providing Project Management, Employers Agent and Clerk of Works services on this scheme.

Within the new build section of the project the superstructure above 2 duplex apartments is progressing at pace which will see the lightweight steel frame reach its full height within the next month. Internally dry lining has progressed with apartment walls and fire compartments being formed across all levels.

1st fix mechanical works including ventilation, water pipework and sprinkler pipes are progressing along with 1st fix electrical containment and wiring.  Externally, the windows and doors continue to be installed which allows the brickwork façade to follow behind which has commenced on all elevations.

The show flats are contained in the locally listed Gunsmith House and sales have been strong with the phase 1 release already being sold out of this 85 apartment scheme.
