Point North, a six-floor bespoke high quality office development built in 1992 by Richardson Developments at Merry Hill in Dudley. The structure is a composite frame consisting of pre cast concrete and steel, thereby utilizing the cost and design performance benefits of both systems. The facade blends a Schuco curtain wall system and brickwork, with an overall area of 100,000sq ft of commercial space.
