No. 5 is the final piece in the jigsaw of the Capital Quarter development, giving expansive views across Cardiff Bay and the City Centre whilst setting high standard in design. This 23–storey tower will likely be built utilising a pre–cast frame and cladding solution.   

At ground floor level, a colonnaded walkway and retail area / café space will offer active frontage to the public, whilst a triple height 6,000 sq ft roof top level will include skybar and terrace, creating an exciting venue with sought-after views. 

Accommodation within the scheme planned 307 apartments with a mixture of one bed, two bed and studio apartments and associated communal facilities, commercial and retail space being planned for the ground floor. Work on the project is now completed with occupancy at the end of 2022.
