No. 30 St Pauls, lies in the heart of the historic Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, overlooking the last remaining Georgian Square in the city and its historic St Paul’s Church.

This refurbishment scheme involves changing existing office space into fifty-eight privately owned apartments consisting of a mix of some studio, as well as one, two and three-bedroom properties.

The scheme involves a blend of an original Georgian frontage with the refurbishment of an architectural acclaimed modern section built in the 1990s.

Buildfifty5 are acting as Principal Contractor for the refurbishment phase which is due for completion in Quarter 1 2026.
