In July 2016 our Client purchased a London based fit out company which was subsequently merged with another similar company to form a £100m turnover business. 

buildfifty5 through recommendation, were approached to review and advise as to how to restructure their operations. 

buildfifty5 reviewed operations, staff skill base, project type versus business skills and customer base. On conclusion, a report and recommendations were prepared for the business. After consideration of the report the Client decided to close part of their business operations and lead projects from their London base.
