This 1981 building in the centre of Birmingham underwent a £9.6 million major refurbishment both internally and externally, for a major Developer.   

The partnered contractor identified that they did not hold the skill set within their business to deliver a complicated city centre refurbishment of this magnitude.  The parent company owner of the contractor company subsequently approached buildfifty5 to support them in the delivery of this project. 

With our significant experience of large value construction project delivery, we were able to structure and coordinate the delivery using people resource from the contractor and taking on the roles where skills were missing. 

In this project, our relationship with Carillion and their staff on the adjacent Paradise Circus Project enabled us to work together, minimising disruption to each other’s work.
