We are very pleased to have worked on the restoration of the historic 19th century Georgian villa ‘Heaton House’ for Elevate Property Group on Camden Street, Birmingham which is now complete.
The original Georgian property was almost entirely hidden from view behind derelict and redundant industrial buildings until work started, and has been meticulously renovated and reinstated as a single 3-storey dwelling with cellar.
This landmark site dates back to the beginning of the Jewellery Quarter where over the past 200 years buildings have grown up and around the original merchant’s mansion that gives the site its name.
This exciting development consists of 56 residential properties, thereof 14 townhouses with terraced gardens, on-site gated car parking and 42 apartments, including 6 Lofts along with the restoration of the historic Georgian Villa itself.
