Creating 7,000 jobs and providing around 1,200 new homes, this £650 million cyber park facility on the western edge of Cheltenham is set to bring in hundreds of millions of pounds for Gloucestershire’s economy.   

Originally greenfield space, the site comprised of 326 acres of land located next to GCHQ, the Government’s first line of cyber security defence and a significant local employer.  The land, adjoining the western edge of Cheltenham is positioned in a highly accessible location with good road connections with the M5 and A40.
