Awarded the Project Management / Employers Agent role for the first 2 phases of the Edgbaston Cricket Ground Development, buildfifty5 were able to deliver scope of services that ensured a successful delivery of the project. Unconstrained by the title of service appointment, we offer what is needed to deliver the project for our Customer.

The final phase comprised a selection of three storey town houses with three or four bedrooms, adjacent to the Edgbaston Cricket Ground, a development of high-quality design and build.

On the Edgbaston project we supported the Contractor in his delivery, discharged planning conditions and worked closely with the Warwick Cricket Club to ensure a smooth path to completion. Beyond completion we worked with owner-occupiers in facilitating defect repairs with the Contractor.
