The Data facility in Woking comprises up to 200,000 sq ft of technical space and 60,000 sq ft of office/ancillary space.  

The building sits on a substantial site of 12 acres, whilst the facility in Watford provides 80,000 sq ft of technical space sitting on circa 16 acres, enabling flexible plant solutions and high-density parking. 

Both facilities are currently occupied by a number of Blue Chip companies.
