buildfifty5 successfully project managed the delivery of a Costa Coffee store in Andover.  The 1800 sq. ft. new build Drive-Thru scheme opened its doors to the public on the 18th September 2017. 

buildfity5 were employed as project managers by Chase Commercial, further bolstering the close relationship between the developer and project management team. 

buildfifty5 supported the project from the outset and provided construction advice and undertook the project management role from the scheme’s inception through the construction phase, through to completion.  This included the contractor selection, development of the design and specification and value engineering through negotiating the design with the design team and contractor.  The project duration was 20 weeks. 

When taking possession of the scheme on behalf of the Costa fit out contractor, Alan Staples commented ‘This is one of the best schemes I have seen, it is certainly very good’.
