buildfifty5 have successfully project managed the delivery of a Costa Coffee store in Gloucester. 

The new build Drive-Thru scheme opened its doors to the public in 2016 and is the first phase of a wider development of Retail and Restaurants located on the edge of the City Centre, adjacent to a new Morrisons Supermarket and Rygor Mercedes Benz Commercial Dealership.  Phase 2 of the scheme is due to commence in Q2 of 2019. 

buildfity5 were employed as project managers by Chase Commercial to manage the delivery of the scheme. 

buildfifty5 supported the project from the outset and provided construction advice and undertook the project management role from the scheme’s inception through the construction phase and through to completion and during the defects liability period.   

This included the contractor selection, development of the design and specification and value engineering through negotiating the design with the design team and contractor.  The project duration was 20 weeks. 

The completed site comprises 3 units totalling approximately 4050 sq ft and leases have been agreed with Costa Coffee and two other occupiers.
