Phase 1 

The development located at Bishop Gate East in the Bishop Gate City Centre location comprises 725 student beds in a three-storey plinth.  Three residential blocks rise from the plinth, the largest of which is 50 metres high and the tallest of the three towers at nearly 165ft.  As well as student accommodation, the project includes retail units for a convenience store, coffee shop, communal area and gym. 

Construction by Vinci Construction UK Ltd was completed in September 2018.  

buildfifty5 carried out all services contained within the development agreement with Coventry University, including procuring the Design and Construction through the open procurement route.
