buildfifty5 were employed by Paloma Capital to lead the project management team for the redevelopment of the former Interbrew Site in Gloucester.

The site located on the junction of Eastern Avenue and Metz Way, is approximately 1 mile east of Gloucester City Centre.  The Scheme included highways and infrastructure upgrades, a new Marston’s Pub / Lodge, Burger King Drive-Thru restaurant and mixed-use commercial / retail warehousing and units.
