Known as 360 Bristol, Melburg Capital secured full planning for the conversion of this former South Plaza office block.

Working with main contractor, Winvic, buildfifty5 are providing Clerk of Works services on the 110,000 sq ft former office building, located in Bristol City Centre, originally arranged over 7 floors.

This redundant office building will provide 399 purpose built Student Accommodation.   A conversion which will include communal study areas, a screening room, golf simulator, café and 399 secure bike storage spaces, as part of a zero-student car strategy.

The proposed new ground-floor front extension will have a green roof, as part of plans to bring planting and biodiversity into the public realm.

The scheme is due to complete in September of 2026.
