We are very excited to see Grainger PLC’s Gilders Yard has been shortlisted in this year’s Midlands Residential Property Awards for ‘Residential Development of the Year’.  Gilders Yard, a BTR development situated in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter is a mixture of 158, one and two-bedroom apartments.  All 158 apartments were fully let in under two months, a great achievement and well ahead of schedule.  buildfifty5 are proud to have played a leading role in the recovery of this distressed project following the demise of the original contractor.
