Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed provider of private rental homes, has announced that it has agreed to forward fund and acquire a 307 home, PRS development (known as ‘build to rent’)  at Capital Quarter in Cardiff for c.£57m.

buildfifty5’s role is one of assisting in the pre-planning design development, buildability and construction methodology, supporting and advising IM and the delivery team to ensure cost effective solutions.  We will continue to develop and maintain pre and post planning contract activity, outlining construction programming throughout the project life. Once again, we demonstrate the flexibility and range of quality services which our business and people have, which continue to add value to our Customer.

In addition to the 307 private rental homes, the scheme will also deliver a range of amenities for residents, including a rooftop lounge and terrace.
