Phase 2  

Phase 2 has detailed planning consent for 400 student beds in two residential blocks.  Further BTR (Build to Rent) phase planned comprising circa 260 apartments being built across three blocks. Those blocks would be up to 14 storeys high on the Dale Buildings site in a £45m build-to-rent scheme.  

Phase 3  

A further townhouse phase is planned in two blocks comprising 12 units with 144 beds. 

All of the developments are within the Bishop Gate City Centre location.  Buildfifty5 are to carry out all services contained within the Development agreement with Coventry University, including procuring the Design and Construction through the open procurement route.
